Wouldn’t recommend this company to help you out with anything at all.Asked about a Samsung fridge spare part a week ago and I still haven’t received an answer. I’ve had to call them and email a few times to follow up on my enquire.Ended up contacting another company and got an answer that afternoon and the part is ready to pick up a few days later.Bad customer service from L and B electronics.

First time I uses them it was for the dryer before this one it's at around the workshop for three weeks then all they did instead of fits in with new parts they patched it up it was never the same and this is then I end up buying a new dryer.This time the unit was under warranty in had no choice but to use them.I just tried th get and LG heat pump dryer fix as it not dying our close 24-hour cycle and the still weren't dry and they said it was working within its parameters what a bloody joke I'm going to take to a second service person and any luck they might be able to actually find out what's wrong with it

Attempted to have an oven repair through LNB Electrical, but no one ever turned up. I have booked in 2 repair dates, called multiple times throughout both days and was assured that the technician was on their way. After 2 days off work waiting around for them, I still don't have a repaired oven. Now no one is calling me back. I had to prepay for the parts ordered so am also out of pocket for that. Terrible, unprofessional service. Very dissappinting that this would happen from such a 'well recommended' service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
