Friday afternoon and my front loader is stuck mid- cycle. I call a few repairers and they say Monday is the earliest they can come quote me. Terry, after asking a few questions, talked me thru how to drain the machine. Telling me if it didn't work, call him back, he knew exactly what would be wrong and the parts on hand to repair if need be. Even told me how much it would cost.Such a helpful and kind person. When the problem with our 15 year old washing machine became evident, Proud suggested the likely fault, ordered the part and 3 weeks later the repair was done. The washing machine is now back in good working order.This is the third appliance Proud has repaired for us. We've always found their costs reasonable and willing to give us a straight answer about whether the repair is worth doing. We are grateful to find a company with the skills to repair home appliances rather than toss them out and buy new. To cope til the repair could be done we simply washed.smaller quantities in the machine.

Scott came over to repair our dishwasher. He was extremely helpful and it was very refreshing to have a technician who was actually interested in solving the issue and also whilst solving the issue he explained in detail the possible reasons we were experiencing the technical issues with our new dishwasher. Highly recommend Scott and this company. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent service!I run my own appliance repair/service company in Melbourne and have had some trouble getting Maytag parts from other suppliers,I called these guys regarding a pulley that apparently wasn’t available these guys had hundreds in stock and they were on special $12 and arrived next day!I tried 3 other Maytag service agent componies before Dependable and they all told me the pulley comes complete with motor costing $700+ Clearly they know there stuff
