I was really pleased with the communication between customer and technician arrived as he said and even phoned just before arrival to say he will be here in 5 minutes. He worked through the problem and explained exactly what was the problem which was fixed and no part’s required. I am very happy with the service and will recommend and use Apptech again great work Very nice friendly person to deal with top marks 10/10.

I just had Apptech around to replace my faulty oven. From booking the service to completion of work, I couldn't be happier with the service I received.Ketan let me know what time he would be coming and updated me via text when specifically he would be there. Once he arrived, he identified the fault and promptly replaced the required parts within only 20min or so.Really pleased with the service today and would highly recommend to any one who is looking for quality appliance repair around Mandurah!

Very happy with our dishwasher repair - our Miele would not start and other local businesses did not want to work on. Showed up on time, setup to protect our wood flooring and kitchen cabinets. Gave updates and images and able to resolve our issue on first (only) visit. Competitive rates! Absolutely recommend and will use again.

Ketan came out the following day and fixed our oven. Took the time to investigate the problem. Ended up removing the oven to find the broken part. Replaced it promptly. Was polite and efficient and went above and beyond. Would use again and happily recommend to others. Great service.
