Very happy with the pleasant experience and high level of service we received from Artem. He was polite and arrived on time. Artem came out to repair a dryer at the property I am housesitting. The dryer unexpectedly stopped working midway through a cycle, so I was anxious about the cause of breakdown & wanting to get it back in working order again for the owners return from their holiday. He was quick yet efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue at hand. Surprisingly, he had visited the property before and carried out work for the homeowners some years ago for another dryer. He performed all the necessary checks and tests to insure all was well with the dryer before his departure. Artems expertise and assistance alleviated a lot of stress and anxiety.
